Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

Embark on a rewarding journey with our Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, designed for passionate individuals eager to make a lasting impact on the lives of young children.

This qualification reflects the role of educators in early childhood education and care who work in regulated children’s services across Australia. Educators play a key role in supporting children’s wellbeing and development within an approved learning framework.

They use well-developed skills and knowledge, exercising discretion and judgment within the context of established policies and procedures. Educators may work independently or under the guidance of others, although, in some cases, this guidance may not be on-site.

Early childhood educators are employed in a range of settings, including long day care centres, family day care, pre-schools, and kindergartens. By pursuing an early childhood course, you’ll learn how to provide safe, nurturing, meaningful, and inclusive education and care that supports the development of children during these formative years—a deeply rewarding profession.
